Job Summary
Store Manager is responsible for hiring, developing and supervising staff, driving sales, maintaining a positive environment for employees and customers, meeting performance metrics, analyzing daily sales, ensuring banking/safety/operational/compliance requirements, controlling labor and inventory costs, organizing daily tasks for a clean, stocked store, and delivering exceptional customer service. Requires 1 year of supervisory experience, ability to motivate others, and a 5-week manager-training course with performance metrics. Must be 18+, have reliable transportation, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Full-time position at Centerville, OH with base pay plus commission and potential bonus opportunities.
