Job Summary
Store Manager responsible for interviewing, hiring, and developing staff; creating a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers; meeting performance metrics; analyzing daily sales to maximize revenue; adhering to banking, safety, operations and legal requirements; controlling labor, inventory and maintenance expenses; assigning and following up on daily tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, and organized; delivering exceptional customer service and resolving issues; includes a required 5-week manager-training course; starting pay $17.00/hour plus commission and bonus opportunities; Palm Beach Tan Equal Opportunity Employer.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- Ability to effectively motivate others
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent
