Job Summary
Store Manager position with 5-week manager-training and performance metrics. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and developing store staff; maintaining a positive environment for employees and customers; meeting self-performance metrics; analyzing daily sales information to maximize sales; meeting banking, safety, operations, and legal requirements; controlling expenses (labor, inventory, maintenance); assigning, managing, and following up on daily tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, and organized; providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues. Requires supervising experience, reliability, and ability to stand and lift equipment; starting pay is $17.00 per hour plus commission and bonus opportunities.
