Job Summary
Store Manager in Lima, OH with a 5-week manager-training course and responsibilities including interviewing, hiring and developing staff, maintaining a positive environment for employees and customers, analyzing daily sales to maximize performance, ensuring banking, safety, operations and legal compliance, controlling expenses (labor, inventory, maintenance), assigning and following up on daily tasks to keep the store organized, and delivering exceptional customer service. Compensation includes base pay plus commission and bonus opportunities starting at $17.00/hour.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- Ability to effectively motivate others
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent
