Job Summary
Develop and maintain a schedule for employees and promotions centered on holiday sales cycles while managing store staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance. Oversee sales, store operations, and inventory by monitoring levels and ordering products as needed. Create and maintain a positive, customer-focused atmosphere by ensuring the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing, while resolving customer complaints and issues promptly. Analyze sales data and trends to identify improvement opportunities and implement marketing promotions to drive traffic. Collaborate with upper management on store performance and goals while adhering to all company policies regarding safety and security.
