Job Summary
Manage store operations by promoting company mission, maintaining team morale, and enforcing safety policies while ensuring merchandise availability and inventory protection. Lead staff through hiring, coaching, and performance evaluations to achieve budgeted goals and drive aggressive sales culture with superior customer service. Execute operational requirements by scheduling associates, analyzing financial statements for variances, and preparing annual budgets. Establish community relationships and interpret data to assess store performance. Learn store mechanics within 6 to 12 months, then relocate to a new location. Work flexible schedules including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Required Qualifications

- able to move and handle boxes of merchandise and fixtures throughout the store
- able to climb up and down ladders, reach, bend, twist, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs
