Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of the Ultimart convenience/gas station store by processing cash, debit, credit, and check transactions; maintaining a clean environment; stocking inventory; and enforcing state/federal regulations for gas, alcohol, and tobacco sales. Manage personnel processes, including recruiting, training, and performance management of team members, while promoting teamwork and resolving customer complaints professionally. Monitor cash over/short, inventory shrinkage, and ensure timely bank deposits; enforce safety protocols and report unsafe conditions or incidents. Complete daily paperwork and computer entries as established by management. Maintain a polished appearance in designated uniform and have the physical ability to perform cashier duties regularly. Work flexible shifts including opening and closing, with availability to work beyond scheduled hours as business requires.

- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team or individually
- Must be proficient in reading, writing and speaking English
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have flexible availability for scheduling
- Must be available for both opening and closing shifts
- Must be able to work beyond scheduled hours as business requires
- Valid drivers license, proof of insurance, and clean driving record preferred
