Job Summary
Lead the team by fostering a customer-focused culture and building strong relationships with key customers through the execution of the Trane Technologies RMX program. Develop and coach a diverse team to achieve performance goals in both warehouse and retail store operations. Execute annual operating plans, prepare business forecasts, and conduct audits to ensure financial compliance and standard work processes. Oversee the inventory program to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce obsolete inventory, while forecasting requirements for the SIOP process. Manage showroom appearance and maintain continuous education on market trends and products. On-site, five-day schedule. Annual base salary range: $66,800.00 - $131,739.99.
Required Qualifications
- H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- 2+ years experience leading teams and building customer relationships
- Must be results driven
- Must be a strong team player
- Must be able to maintain a high energy level even with challenging situations or customers
- Valid Driver's License
- DL NUMBER - Driver License, Valid and in State
- Valid Driver's License, Upon Hire Required
- Safety Sensitive Role: Yes
- Safety Sensitive roles may require that you pass additional drug screening
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency in an inventory management system or retail sales program a plus
- Strong computer skills
- Basic understanding of Lean Principles
