Job Summary
Store Manager Trainee at Lidl US in Vienna, VA leads a store team of 15–60 associates, ensuring excellent customer service and acting as the primary contact for customer needs. Responsible for driving KPI performance, recruiting and developing staff, and providing hands-on support for operational tasks including cash handling, stock, and cleaning. Will create a safe, productive working environment and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws. Requires 21+ with either a bachelor’s degree paired with 1–2 years of management experience or 3–5 years of management experience; must be able to lift 50 lbs, reach above 10 inches, obtain ServSafe certification, and obtain state alcohol licensing as needed. Required Qualifications
