Store Manager Trainee

Oversee day-to-day store operations by performing duties across all departments, assisting in budget development, and managing staff hiring, training, scheduling, and performance reviews. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, Loss Prevention policies, and corporate marketing programs while maintaining inventory levels and physical plant safety. Submit required reports, cashups, and timesheets to corporate on time and actively participate in mandatory management training programs. Complete all Store Manager Training Program requirements and perform store clerk duties as needed.
