Job Summary
Manage store operations and lead teams while completing nine months of training across five modules covering people management, leadership, and store operations. Work alongside an assigned mentor to apply theoretical knowledge through practical exercises and on-the-job development. Complete a final practical case exam and attend central office training sessions. Rotate shifts to ensure weekend coverage while progressing toward full Store Manager responsibility within 12 months.
