Job Summary
Lead as an assistant store manager, learning the business, clients, and products before completing intensive five-module training on key performance indicators and store management. Apply these skills under mentorship to take full responsibility for daily store operations, motivating the team to meet targets and ensure every client leaves satisfied. Handle physical tasks like moving furniture and manage the team with a focus on growth and development. Work a 35-hour flexible week including at least one weekend day.
