Job Summary
Developmental Store Manager Trainee role based in Brookville, OH with regular rotation to nearby communities. Responsibilities include leading customer service for the store and team, enforcing company policies, maintaining a clean and organized store, fostering staff development and leadership, training, managing daily operations and reporting, merchandising and plan-o-gram integrity, maximizing sales, and ensuring proper transactions and safety. Requires high school diploma or GED; prior supervisory experience and retail experience are preferred; completion of the Assistant Store Manager Training program and other required company training; physical ability to lift and work varied shifts; available for weekends and high-activity periods. Bonus eligibility mentioned.
Required Qualifications
