Store Manager Trainee (Floater/Trainer) SMIT

Store Manager Trainee based in Perrysburg, OH, a developmental role toward becoming Store Manager. The position involves rotating to surrounding sites, initial training and progression to managing shifts, daily management reporting, and some employee training. Responsibilities include providing customer service leadership, enforcing company policies, maintaining a clean/organized store, fostering customer satisfaction, developing future leaders, responding to emergencies, executing merchandising and marketing programs (including plan-o-gram integrity and signage), maximizing sales, ensuring accurate store reporting, and overseeing foodservice product freshness.
