Job Summary
Manage profitable store operations by recruiting and hiring associates, overseeing daily activities, and enforcing compliance with laws and company policies. Lead training and coaching for staff on merchandising, operations, and display techniques to foster growth and maintain high standards. Execute opening and closing procedures, implement corporate direction, and protect assets while ensuring a safe, respectful environment. Reach maximum profit contribution through productivity management and freight processing. Full-time role with quarterly bonuses upon meeting performance goals. Located in Massillon, Ohio.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years prior retail management experience
- Experience with hardlines or variety merchandise
- BIG BOX experience
- Strong productivity management in freight processing
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills
- Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment
- Must be able to lift up between 30 to 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation
