Job Summary
Store Manager in Training position at Dollar Tree focusing on on-the-job training to oversee store operations, merchandising, staffing, compliance, and customer service. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years prior retail management experience preferred
- Experience with hardlines or variety merchandise; BIG BOX experience a plus is preferred
- Strong productivity management in freight processing is required
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required
- Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment is required
- Must be able to lift up between 30 to 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation
