Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years retail management experience preferred
- Experience with hardlines or variety merchandise; BIG BOX experience preferred
- Strong productivity management in freight processing
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills
- Ability to lift 30 to 50 lbs and frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation
