Job Summary
Manage and oversee all aspects of business operations to maximize sales and profitability, including delegating store activities to ensure smooth daily functions. Lead, train, and develop store associates to foster a culture of growth while safeguarding company assets and ensuring full compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Provide every customer with a positive and enjoyable shopping experience through active engagement in outreach and partnerships. Implement operational and merchandising direction from corporate headquarters. This full-time role requires the ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs (occasionally 55 lbs) and involves frequent walking, standing, stooping, and repetitive lifting. Required Qualifications
- Ability to focus on results and build strong relationships with team members
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to regularly lift, up to 40 lbs. (occasionally 55 lbs.) from floor level to above shoulder height
- Ability to handle frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
- Must be able to provide certain detailed background information necessary to obtain a license to sell alcoholic beverages / tobacco products

- Retail management experience
