Job Summary
Store Manager in Training at Dollar Tree responsible for leading and developing team members, recruiting and hiring store associates, and overseeing daily store operations to maximize profitability. Key duties include coaching and developing associates, enforcing company policies and legal compliance, managing merchandising and signage, executing opening/closing procedures, implementing corporate directives, protecting store assets, delivering high levels of customer service, and maintaining a safe, positive work environment. - Ability to lift up between 30 to 50 lbs from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation
