Job Summary
Store Manager Trainee who will be step-by-step introduced to leading a store team, learning to drive customer satisfaction, and applying visual/commercial presentations per guidelines. You will help analyze sales figures and budget targets, assist in planning operational processes and staffing, and be introduced to topics like recruitment, onboarding, team leadership and motivation, developing leadership skills and commercial mindset. You will follow current fashion trends and learn how to apply this knowledge in daily store practice to support store performance.
Required Qualifications
