Job Summary
Store Manager Trainee to lead associates, drive store sales and oversee daily store operations. Responsibilities include managing and delegating store activities to ensure smooth daily operations, training and developing store associates to foster growth, delivering a positive shopping experience for customers, safeguarding company assets, building community relations through outreach and partnerships, ensuring compliance with laws and company policies, and implementing operational and merchandising direction from corporate headquarters.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs (occasionally 55 lbs) from floor level to above shoulder height
- Excellent communication skills
- Retail management experience is preferred
