Job Summary
Manage and oversee all aspects of business operations to maximize sales and profitability while leading, training, and developing store associates. Delegate store activities to ensure smooth daily operations, safeguard company assets, and provide every customer with a positive shopping experience. Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure full compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Build strong relationships with the community through active engagement in outreach and partnerships. Implement operational and merchandising direction communicated from corporate headquarters. This full-time role in Fairburn, GA, requires the ability to lift up to 40 lbs and involves frequent standing, walking, and repetitive lifting.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to focus on results and build strong relationships with team members
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to regularly lift, up to 40 lbs. (occasionally 55 lbs.) from floor level to above shoulder height
- Ability to handle frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Retail management experience
