Job Summary
Store Manager role at PacSun in Towson, MD: lead store operations, drive sales and omni-channel initiatives (ship from store, BOPIS), coach and develop the Management and Associate teams, uphold brand standards, manage inventory and shrink, analyze key business reports, and deliver an engaging customer experience. Required Qualifications
- Four-year college degree or equivalent preferred
- Minimum five years retail experience required, with a proven ability to drive sales results
- Minimum of two years of retail management experience required
- Proven ability to drive sales results in a high sales volume environment
- Effective written, verbal and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
- Willingness to travel periodically to attend meetings/workshops (overnight may be necessary)
- Proficient in math and possesses strong computer skills
