Job Summary
Oversee all aspects of store operations to boost sales, control expenses, and minimize shrink and damages, including merchandise presentation, backroom, cash office, and markdowns. Recruit, train, develop, and manage a large team of Associates and Assistant Managers while acting as a role model for their individualized development. Develop and implement creative plans to increase store sales, suggest recommendations to the District Manager on merchandise mix and inventory levels, and focus staff on Loss Prevention priorities. Review store reports, conduct walkthroughs, audits, and hold program meetings with Associates to ensure high standards in customer service and merchandise presentation. Starting pay range is $74,800.00 to $102,900.00 annually. A minimum of 3-5 years of retail experience as a Store or District Manager is required.

- Minimum of 3-5 years of retail experience as a Store or District Manager in dynamic, high-volume environments
- Successfully managed and driven significant sales revenue
- Proven ability to manage, develop, and motivate a large team
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and follow-through skills
- Strong leadership skills focused on collaboration, problem-solving, and empowering diverse teams to make effective decisions
- Outstanding organizational and communication skills
- Adept at mentoring and providing feedback
- Comprehensive knowledge of store operations, including customer service, merchandising, people management, health and safety, and loss prevention
