Job Summary

Lead the daily operations and sales performance of 3Butiken Uppsala City by setting targets, planning schedules, and ensuring the store is ready to welcome customers. Coach the team on customer interactions, conduct development meetings, and personally engage with shoppers to drive results. Manage staff and store readiness across shifts, including weekends, while tracking product launches and campaign updates. Compensation is directly tied to individual sales and store performance. This role offers strong support within a larger store cluster and emphasizes individual growth, internal mobility, and contributions to critical infrastructure and societal value.
