Job Summary
Store Manager responsible for overseeing all store operations at the Bristol location, driving sales, controlling costs, reducing shrink, and delivering a positive customer experience. Leads and develops a large team of Associates and Assistant Managers, oversees merchandising, backroom, frontline, cash office, scheduling, shipping/receiving, and loss prevention programs, and collaborates with the District Manager on merchandise mix, inventory levels, and customer demographics. Develops strategic plans to increase store sales, mentors leaders for promotion readiness, analyzes store performance, and ensures adherence to company programs and policies while maintaining high standards of customer service and store presentation.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of retail experience as a Store or District Manager
- proven ability to manage and motivate a large team
- strong interpersonal, communication, and follow-through skills
- comprehensive knowledge of store operations including customer service, merchandising, people management, health and safety, and loss prevention
