Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of retail experience as a Store or District Manager or equivalent leadership role
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to manage, develop, and motivate a large team
- experience in high-volume retail environments and driving sales revenue
- knowledge of store operations including customer service, merchandising, loss prevention, health and safety
- ability to develop and implement plans to increase store sales and improve store performance
- experience with budgeting, scheduling, merchandising, and inventory management
- ability to analyze pricing, demographics, and competitor activity
