Store Manager

Oversee all aspects of store operations to boost sales, control expenses, and minimize shrink; recruit, train, and manage a large team of Associates and Assistant Managers; develop and implement creative plans to increase store sales; provide insights on merchandise mix, pricing, and customer demographics; ensure compliance with programs, procedures, and policies to minimize risk and expenses; maintain high standards in customer service and merchandise presentation; review store reports, conduct walkthroughs and audits, and lead program meetings with Associates; focus on Loss Prevention priorities and create action plans for store initiatives.
