Job Summary
Oversee overall store performance, KPIs, and operational execution while serving as a brand ambassador through product knowledge and clienteling. Lead sales initiatives, manage inventory, and execute daily opening and closing duties with strict adherence to SOPs and visual standards. Recruit, onboard, and develop internal and external talent by fostering collaboration, accountability, and trust within the team. Resolve customer complaints professionally, coach staff on return policies, and energize others to maintain high personal presentation standards. Schedule team members to meet business needs and budget constraints while working flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year experience in a retail leadership position
- Must be over the age of 18
- Ability to lift or move at least 50 lbs
- Ability to bend, squat, twist and reach
- Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift
- Ability to be flexible to the needs of the business, working nights, weekends, and holiday shifts
- Ability to work full time hours, with open availability
