Job Summary
As Store Manager at LOFT in The Shops at Santa Anita, lead the customer and associate experiences in the store, driving a profitable business by focusing on customer experience, operational performance, visual standards, and community engagement. You will coach the team to reach their potential, ensure a welcoming experience for customers and associates, and use technology to provide a seamless omnichannel shopping experience.
