Job Summary
Open and close the Dulux branch while controlling expenses, managing working capital, inventory, and driving growth to achieve sales and profit goals. Lead your team to deliver outstanding customer service, foster associate engagement through effective leadership, and hire, empower, and manage staff by partnering with and mentoring team members. Ensure store exterior and interior cleanliness and merchandising displays meet Bétonel/Dulux standards. This day shift role requires Monday through Friday hours from 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Saturday from 7:00 AM to 2:30 PM, and is closed on Sunday. Duties include lifting up to 80 pounds occasionally. Candidates must have three years of retail management experience, previous paint experience, and proficiency in Punjabi and Hindi.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of Management experience in a retail store environment
- Previous paint experience
- Punjabi and Hindi Language
- Availability to work flexible shifts and hours, with a minimum of 40 hours required per week
- Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, lift, and carry up to 80 pounds occasionally and 50 pounds regularly
- Applicants must be authorized to work in Canada without employment-based visa sponsorship (now or in the future). This includes LMIA, TFWP, IMP, CUSMA, GTS, or any other employment-based visas
- Day shift with typical store hours between Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Saturday, 7:00 AM to 2:30 PM, and CLOSED on Sunday
