Job Summary
Execute the store's business strategy by leading day-to-day operations, managing payroll reporting, and staffing needs to advance revenue and customer satisfaction. Coach and develop the team through real-time feedback, model selling behaviors, and drive performance via accountability and clear expectations. Analyze store-level data to track progress toward goals, identify performance gaps, and guide focus across sales, service, and operational execution. Lead visual merchandising, ensure safety protocols, manage inventory and fulfillment processes, and handle recruitment, onboarding, and training for new employees. Maintain ownership of store maintenance, supply management, and legal compliance while partnering with leadership to execute company initiatives and address conduct issues.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of retail leadership experience
- Proven ability to coach and lead teams
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Clear and effective communicator, both verbally and in writing
- Experience in managing performance
- Experience directing work
- Experience supporting career development of individuals and teams
- Comfortable using business insights and operational reporting
- Open availability, including nights and weekends
