Job Summary
Execute store operations by leading daily execution, coaching the team, and managing payroll and staffing to align with business priorities. Analyze store-level data to track sales, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction while maintaining visual merchandising standards and inventory control. Drive team development through performance feedback, recruitment, and onboarding while ensuring legal compliance and safety protocols. Partner with the General Manager to cascade strategic priorities and collaborate with regional leadership on company initiatives. Manage operational functions including money handling, fulfillment processes, and backroom organization to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of retail leadership experience
- Proven ability to coach and lead teams
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Clear and effective communicator, both verbally and in writing
- Experience in managing performance
- Experience in directing work
- Experience in supporting career development of individuals and teams
- Comfortable using business insights and operational reporting
- Open availability, including nights and weekends
- Strong sense of urgency
