Job Summary
Store Manager responsible for leading the store team, driving sales and achieving revenue targets, coordinating onboarding and development, ensuring merchandising and inventory execution, delivering exceptional customer service, and representing The Bouqs in the community. Oversees daily operations, scheduling, training, and cross-channel promotions, while ensuring brand standards and visual initiatives are maintained and collaborating with HQ on communications and store needs.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in retail or floral setting with at least 1 year in a leadership role
- Flexible availability to work 40 hours per week including early mornings and evenings
- Able to work during peak event periods (Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day)
- Strong written and verbal communication and leadership skills
- Knowledgeable with retail systems
- Able to engage and motivate teams
- Experience in managing multiple strategic and operational business functions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs and climb a ladder up to 8 ft
- Willing to work with live floral product
