Job Summary
Own the day-to-day performance of the CurrentBody pop-up at Belmont Village, driving sales against KPIs and delivering a premium, consultative customer experience. Lead, coach, and develop a small retail team while overseeing operations, including inventory management, compliance, and reporting. Manage customer flow, execute product launches and in-store campaigns, and act as the key point of contact for the pop-up, partnering cross-functionally with corporate teams. This six-month contract includes a $45,000 salary, PTO, and benefits, with interviews concluding by August 31, 2026.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or senior retail leader
- Strong commercial acumen
- Experience delivering a consultative, education-led customer experience
- Strong leadership skills
