Job Summary
Oversee store performance by establishing guest service standards, managing the team, and ensuring maximum sales and profitability through expense control. Analyze business trends to develop plans that meet or exceed sales and profit targets while conducting inventory control and writing up customers in the POS system. Handle escalated customer complaints, conduct regular performance evaluations, and ensure compliance with all company policies through store audits. Work a minimum of five days including Saturdays with a total annual compensation of $90,000.00 - $175,000.00. Join a family-owned business specializing in tires and mechanical repairs since 1936.
Required Qualifications
- Five or more years of experience of sales in an auto repair shop management position or equivalent business experience in the automotive industry
- Previous experience in managing and coaching team members to success through effective communication; business development and strategy implementation knowledge
- Proven ability to develop and meet monthly, quarterly, and annual plans with clearly defined goals
- Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales and profit goals
- Possess valid driver's license
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to work a minimum of five days, including Saturday's
