Job Summary
Store Manager at Coach in Las Vegas leads store performance, drives sales and profitability across channels, executes strategic business plans, and delivers exceptional customer experiences through personalized service. You’ll recruit, coach, and develop a diverse, high-performing team, manage daily operations (inventory, payroll, loss prevention), ensure visual merchandising meets brand standards, optimize staffing and scheduling, and serve as a brand ambassador in the community. Required Qualifications
- 1–6 years of leadership experience in retail or service industries; luxury or fashion background is a plus
- A combination of education and experience will be considered
- A passion for leading people and building strong, motivated teams
- A deep commitment to delivering best-in-class customer experiences that reflect Coach’s heritage and values
- Strong business acumen with a focus on results and operational excellence
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that foster trust and clarity
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with retail systems like labor management, inventory, and sales reporting tools
- Knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the market place; curiosity for digital engagement and social media
- A collaborative spirit and the ability to build strong vendor and community relationships
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong English language proficiency
