Job Summary
Drive sales, profitability, and productivity across all channels by executing strategic business plans and optimizing staffing to meet business demands. Champion a service-first culture through personalized clienteling, resolving customer concerns with empathy, and ensuring visual merchandising meets brand standards. Lead a diverse, high-performing team by recruiting, onboarding, and developing talent while overseeing daily operations including inventory management, payroll, and loss prevention. Serve as a brand ambassador representing Coach in the store and throughout the community, fostering a welcoming environment where every team member feels valued. Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and peak busy seasons to deliver seamless service in a fast-paced retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- 1–6 years of leadership experience in retail or service industries
- A passion for leading people and building strong, motivated teams
- A deep commitment to delivering best-in-class customer experiences that reflect Coach's heritage and values
- Strong business acumen with a focus on results and operational excellence
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that foster trust and clarity
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with retail systems like labor management, inventory, and sales reporting tools
- Knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the market place
- Curiosity for digital engagement and social media
- A collaborative spirit and the ability to build strong vendor and community relationships
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong English language proficiency
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs—including nights, weekends, peak busy season, and high-traffic retail days (including, but not limited to, public holidays)
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs, occasionally), to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
