Job Summary
Store Manager responsible for leading the Sylvia Park store, coaching the team, driving sales and KPI performance, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will oversee daily store operations, roster management, stock control, shrinkage and VM standards, and work with the Area Manager to identify growth opportunities while maintaining brand, safety, and OH&S standards. The role requires a confident, inspirational leadership style, passion for fashion and wellness, and a track record of achieving sales targets, with a focus on team development, data-driven insights, and a positive, inclusive store culture. Eligible for a salary with appropriate benefits and opportunities for ongoing training and career growth; location is Auckland, New Zealand, with in-person work and a Tuesday–Saturday roster.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year experience in retail management (store or assistant level)
- A confident, driven, and inspiring leadership style
- Passion for fashion, wellness, and the Stylerunner aesthetic
- A proven track record of smashing sales and KPI targets
- Experience managing rosters, stock, shrinkage & wage control
- A 'Make it Happen' mindset — strategic, proactive, and solutions-focused
- Strong operational, VM, and customer service skills
- Availability for a Tuesday–Saturday roster
