Job Summary
Greet and assist walk-in customers, manage front counter drop-offs and pick-ups, and handle stain, finishing, and garment care inquiries. Sort and examine clothing, mark-in orders, and ensure cash drawer accuracy while maintaining general housekeeping for a benchmark store appearance. Solve customer issues and claims, manage commercial accounts, and master the POS system to maximize its tools. This role requires a flexible schedule and comfort working while standing for long periods. Previous supervisory experience in customer service, dry cleaning, or logistics is preferred, with specific experience at Aramark, Arrowhead Water, Sparkletts, Amazon, or Costco. Martinizing Dry Cleaning delivers quality garment care and new technologies to serve the community.

Desired Qualifications
- Previous customer service/supervisory experience preferred
- Dry Cleaning experience is considered an asset
- An understanding of textiles and garments is helpful
