Job Summary
Store Manager responsible for leading and developing a professional store team to achieve sales and service targets, maintain visual and operational standards, and collaborate with HR and training to drive store performance. You will recruit and develop top talent, own store P&L and budgets, ensure customers receive outstanding service, manage inventory and merchandising per guidelines, and align with corporate policies. The role includes coordinating with store support departments, traveling to other stores, and working a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. This opening is for the New Store opening at The Forum Shops in Caesars Palace, Las Vegas, NV, with opportunities to travel to other stores and abroad.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a customer service management role
- Strong leadership skills
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
