Job Summary
Store Manager responsible for the store’s business ownership, including selling, financial management, supervising staff, and leading the store. Builds and executes strategies to meet sales and KPI targets, analyzes reports and daily sales trends to drive real-time business decisions, and ensures efficient daily operations, inventory control, audits, loss prevention, scheduling, payroll, and staffing. Maintains brand standards and customer experience through in-store experiences, data collection, and omnichannel solutions. Leads merchandising, floor sets, replenishment, and visual directives; collaborates with procurement on stock levels and shelf presentation. Oversees coaching, performance management, recruitment, development, and succession planning for store leadership, and ensures store personnel adhere to company policies and procedures. Requires 3-5 years of management experience, 12+ months in sports/fashion retail management, flexible scheduling including holidays, nights and weekends, ability to lift up to 25 lbs, lengthy standing/movement, and full access to all store areas. Bilingual in local language and English preferred.

- Ability to lift or move up to 25 lbs
- Ability to stand and move for long periods
- Must be able to access all areas of the store including sales floor, stock area, and cash wrap
- Fluent in local language and English
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills
- Proficient with computers and related technology
- Experience in training and developing team members
- Ability to coach and lead a retail team toward sales targets
- Experience with payroll management and scheduling tools
- Recruitment, hiring, development, and retention of high-performing staff
- Experience managing visual directives and floor plans
