Job Summary
Studio Manager at Studs Irvine leads the Studio's retail and piercing operations, drives revenue growth, ensures high operational standards and health-safety compliance, and manages staffing, scheduling, and payroll. The role coaches and develops a service-driven team (including an Assistant Studio Manager, Supervisors, Sales Associates, and Piercers) to deliver exceptional customer experiences, monitors performance and customer feedback, and partners with Piercing Leadership to uphold technical standards and best practices. Key duties include owning studio performance, analyzing business reports, maintaining inventory control, ensuring training around piercing procedures, and fostering a collaborative, accountable environment to achieve business goals.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of management experience in a customer-facing environment (Store Manager/General Manager/Studio Manager)
- experience with jewelry, piercing, or retail services is a plus
- ability to work on-site five days a week (40 hours) including weekends
- strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
- experience managing staffing, scheduling, and payroll
- focus on customer experience and safety/compliance
