Job Summary
Store Manager to lead operations for a storage facility. Responsibilities include increasing sales by converting opportunities to rentals and upselling, facility management (cleaning bathrooms, hallways, lobby), providing excellent customer service, cash handling and daily deposits, reporting, and maintaining company standards. Work schedule is seven days a week from 9 am to 5:30 pm with potential weekend shifts. Requirements include 2+ years of customer service, 1+ year in customer-centered sales and collections, strong computer skills, valid driver’s license with reliable transportation, ability to travel between locations, and ability to operate POS and office equipment. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service experience (i.e., retail sales, restaurant, front desk, site management)
- 1+ years of customer-centered sales and collections (cold calling) experience
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new applications
- Valid driver's license with access to reliable transportation
- Able to walk/sit/stand for extended periods
- Able to operate POS and other typical office machines
- Ability to travel between multiple locations
