Job Summary
Lead a sales-focused culture by coaching the team to identify opportunities, drive revenue growth, and achieve sales goals while delivering outstanding customer experiences. Uphold high standards of merchandising and operational excellence through daily store functions including inventory and cash management. Hire, train, and retain knowledgeable Associates who model partnership, while communicating consistently with area DSCs, the Store Market Leader, and the Home Office team to meet and exceed targets. Organize, delegate, and prioritize tasks to maximize productivity, challenging and motivating employees to thrive in this fast-paced beauty industry environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Lift up to 30 pounds
- Stand/walk up to 8 hours
- You are an excellent communicator with strong organizational skills
- You possess a self-starter attitude and a continual drive to grow
- You have previous sales management experience
- You possess a working knowledge of inventory management
- You can work independently and in a team environment
- You thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- You have experience with building and maintaining business relationships
- You enjoy problem solving
Desired Qualifications
- Management experience preferred
- Retail and/or customer service experience a plus
- You have a passion for the beauty industry
