Store Manager - Store 626

Take full ownership of store operations, team, and performance by leading 8–15 employees across all shifts, including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays. Perform all duties of store employees such as running registers, stocking, upselling, cleaning restrooms, and maintaining fuel pumps. Coach team members on service, recruit and train new hires, manage inventory and vendor orders, and handle banking and cash deposits. Control expenses and labor hours while achieving sales goals, executing company programs, and stepping in to manage deli or QSR operations as needed. This role requires open availability, a valid driver's license, and a food safety certification. Minimum 45 hours per week with competitive salary, bonuses, and weekly pay.
