Take full ownership of store operations, team performance, and sales goals while leading a group of 8–15 employees across all shifts. Perform frontline duties including running registers, stocking, cleaning, and managing inventory, vendor orders, and deliveries. Recruit, hire, and train new team members, coach staff on service and upselling, and execute company programs and marketing initiatives. Handle all banking and cash deposits, maintaining high standards for safety, cleanliness, and food safety. Work days but remain available for evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays to cover unexpected call-outs. Manage expenses and labor hours while stepping in to oversee deli or QSR operations as needed.
