Store Manager - Store 5899

Take full ownership of store operations, team performance, and sales goals while leading a group of 8–15 employees across all shifts. Perform all employee duties including running registers, stocking, upselling, cleaning, and maintaining fuel pumps. Recruit, hire, and train new team members; manage inventory, vendor orders, and deliveries. Handle banking and cash deposits, requiring a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurance. Maintain high standards for safety, cleanliness, and food safety while executing company programs and marketing initiatives. Work days but remain available for evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays to cover unexpected call-outs. This hourly role requires a minimum of 52 hours per week for a competitive salary with performance-based bonuses and weekly pay.
