Store Manager - Store 5631

Take full ownership of store operations, team performance, and daily execution. Lead and inspire a team of 8–15 employees across all shifts, including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays. Perform all duties of store employees including running the register, stocking, upselling, cleaning restrooms, and maintaining the lot and fuel pumps. Recruit, hire, and train new team members while managing inventory, vendor orders, and deliveries. Handle all banking and cash deposits, maintain high standards for safety and food safety, and control expenses to achieve sales goals. Execute company programs and marketing initiatives while cross-training to manage deli or QSR operations as needed. This role requires a minimum of 52 hours per week and includes a $1500 sign-on bonus.
