Store Manager - Store 4509

Lead store operations, manage a team of 8–15 employees, and execute all employee duties including running registers, stocking, cleaning, and maintaining fuel pumps. Coach staff on service and upselling, handle banking and cash deposits, and control labor hours while achieving sales goals. Recruit, hire, and train new team members, oversee inventory and vendor orders, and ensure compliance with safety and food standards. Be available for any shift, including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays, ready to step in for deli or QSR operations as needed. This hourly role requires a minimum of 45 hours per week and includes performance-based bonuses, weekly pay, and a $1500 sign-on bonus after six months.
